 We present the refund and return policy of Rajasthansextoy. We encourage you to read it thoroughly to understand what we acknowledge and what we don’t in terms of refunding and returning a product.

We only accept the refund request

Rajasthansextoy screens every product thoroughly before sending those out to their expecting customers. Hence, sending out a damaged product is very unlikely. However, if a user does receive a damaged product we will replace it with a new one if the replacement request is made within 24 hours. We do not have a refund policy or we don’t replace a product that is damaged by the customers.

We deliver fast and let your track it

We will deliver your package in 3 to 4 days and meanwhile keep you updated about its location via SMS or through our website. So, doesn’t matter where you are, you can be home to receive a product on time, every time.
